Peretz Family Law & Mediation, P.C. charges an hourly rate for divorce and Family Court legal services, commensurate with other divorce and family law attorneys in the community.

Divorce and family law matters require a written retainer agreement with an initial financial retainer, which will vary in amount depending on the nature and complexity of the specific legal matter.


Mediation representation can be commenced with a written retainer agreement, signed by both parties, or on an hourly basis, or even for a flat fee, depending on the nature of the divorce or family law mediation, the complexity of the conflict, and the likely duration of time required to complete the mediation process.
