Peretz Family Law & Mediation, P.C. charges an hourly rate for divorce, Family Court legal services, and divorce mediation, commensurate with other similarly experience divorce and family law attorneys and divorce mediators in the community.

Divorce and family law matters require a written retainer agreement with an initial financial retainer, which will vary in amount depending on the nature and complexity of the specific legal matter.


Mediation representation can be commenced with a written retainer agreement, signed by both parties, or on an hourly basis, or even for a flat fee, depending on the nature of the divorce or family law mediation, the complexity of the conflict, and the likely duration of time required to complete the mediation process.
